Does the acrylic have protective film?
Yes. Remove the protective film from all applicable panels before display.
How should I clean the case?
Use a clean, soft microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or rough paper products that can mark acrylic.
Are HALOPRISM cases UV resistant?
Our acrylic panels are selected to help reduce UV exposure. No display case can eliminate all long-term light exposure, so valuable items should still be kept away from intense direct sunlight.
What if my case arrives damaged?
